1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between nog888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and the registered user ("you", "the Player", "User"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with nog888, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, gameplay, and dispute resolution.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the nog888 registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform after any published amendment, you confirm that you:

1.3 Language

These Terms are written and published in English. If nog888 makes any translated version available for convenience, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

1.4 Severability

If any clause or provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that clause shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on nog888, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. nog888 operates strictly as an 18+ platform and takes its age verification obligations seriously;
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services;
• You must not be an existing nog888 account holder — only one account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of nog888 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating your nog888 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Bangladesh National ID (NID), a valid email address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

2.3 KYC Verification

nog888 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit acceptable identity documentation, which may include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back;
• Passport (bio-data page);
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad wallet).

nog888 may request additional documentation at any stage to comply with its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account restriction.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nog888 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nog888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. nog888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

nog888 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nog888 accepts no liability. All amounts are credited to your nog888 account in BDT at the time of deposit confirmation.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by nog888 following a completed KYC review. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period are subject to the limits published on the nog888 Payments page, which may be updated periodically.

Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is completed will be held pending until full verification is received. nog888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

3.4 Refused & Reversed Transactions

nog888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity as outlined in Section 5. In such cases, nog888 will notify the account holder and may freeze the account pending investigation.

4. Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on nog888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General eligibility requirements that apply across all nog888 promotions include:

• The player's account must be fully registered and in good standing at the time of claiming a bonus;
• The player must have completed a qualifying deposit in the amount specified in the promotion terms;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address, unless otherwise stated;
• Players who have applied for self-exclusion or voluntarily closed their account are not eligible for promotional bonuses.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a nog888 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. • Bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) qualify for sports bonus wagering; bets below this threshold do not count.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

nog888 takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or exploiting system errors or miscalculated promotions — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended. nog888's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

4.4 Promotional Modifications

nog888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated early, players who have already claimed the offer and met any qualifying deposit requirement will not be disadvantaged — their earned bonus funds will remain credited subject to the original wagering terms.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 General Obligations

As a registered player on nog888, you agree at all times to:

• Use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and promptly notify nog888 of any changes;
• Take full responsibility for all bets and transactions placed through your account;

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering: Using nog888 as a vehicle for processing illegally obtained funds;
• Match-fixing and manipulation: Placing bets on fixtures that you have knowledge of or influence over the outcome;
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game;
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, miscalculated odds, or vulnerabilities in the nog888 platform;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit;
• VPN and proxy use: Using virtual private networks, proxy servers, or any technology to mask your true geographic location or identity.

5.3 Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

nog888 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon detecting prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all account balance and pending bonuses, reversal of withdrawals pending investigation, and referral to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on nog888 — including slots, live dealer games, and table games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each provider is responsible for the integrity and RNG certification of their own game content. nog888 does not modify game logic or RTP rates.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on nog888 is governed by specific sport-by-sport rules published in the nog888 Sportsbook Rules section. General rules that apply across all sports markets include:

• All bets are accepted in BDT at the odds displayed at the time of placement — odds may change in real time before confirmation;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to network latency; nog888 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event has concluded but before the system registered the outcome;
• Minimum bet amount is ৳50 per selection; maximum bet amounts are market-dependent and displayed during bet placement;
• Abandoned or postponed matches that do not resume within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided, and stakes returned to the player's account balance;
• nog888's settlement decisions are final once posted. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of settlement via the support team.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, communication failure, or any other technical error during gameplay, nog888 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the stake to the player. No bet or game outcome will stand where nog888 determines that an error or malfunction materially affected the result. The decision of nog888 in such matters is final.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

You may request to close your nog888 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your account. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion through their nog888 account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 7 days up to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has elapsed. 7.3 Suspension or Termination by nog888

nog888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity;
• The player has provided false registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform;
• The player has been identified as a minor (under 18 years of age).

In cases of termination for cause, nog888 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending full investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days of the conclusion of the investigation.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

nog888 endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical outages — including during peak periods such as BPL match days or T20 World Cup fixtures. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8.2 Financial Losses

nog888 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through the use of the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Players are solely responsible for their wagering decisions. If you are concerned about the amount you are spending, please use the deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

8.3 Third-Party Services

nog888 is not liable for the actions, omissions, or service failures of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game providers, or any other third-party service integrated into the platform. Disputes with payment providers must be resolved directly with the provider concerned, though nog888 will cooperate reasonably in the investigation of any disputed transaction.

8.4 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nog888 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or any fraudulent or unlawful activity conducted through your account.

8.5 Governing Language & Disputes

These Terms are governed by their English-language text. Any disputes arising under these Terms should be raised in the first instance by contacting nog888 customer support at [email protected]. nog888 will aim to resolve all complaints fairly and within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.
